Fernanda and Luciana

For 10 years we have been looking after vacation homes in Chapada dos Veadeiros with care, presence and attention to detail.

To us, every home has its own story and personality. We look after each property as if it were our own, caring for the space, the guest experience and the property of those who trust us with it.

We believe a good stay happens when there is care on every side.

Fernanda Leivas

Superhost

Born in São Paulo, the first of many places she has called home. She has travelled to cities all over the world and experienced hospitality in many cultures. She spent a third of her life in the United States, where she built high-level experience in customer service.

She has worked in vacation rentals since 2016, starting in Florianópolis, where she lived before making the best choice of her life: moving to Chapada dos Veadeiros. She has worked here since 2018 and has looked after more than 80 homes on Airbnb.

Luciana Vicente

Born in the south of Brazil, she has lived in 6 Brazilian states, working in design and sustainable building. She came to Chapada dos Veadeiros for work and decided to stay, in Alto Paraíso de Goiás.

For more than 4 years she has managed, together with Fernanda, more than 20 homes in the Chapada, bringing an eye for design and beauty to the guest experience.

Chapada dos Veadeiros

One of the oldest places on the planet, in the heart of Goiás's cerrado. Crystal-clear waterfalls, canyons, fields of flowers and a sky that feels closer. Part of the region is a UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site.

When to go

Dry season, May to September. Clear skies, firm trails and the clearest water. It is high season.

Rainy season, October to April. Full waterfalls and a lush green cerrado. Fewer crowds, more care on the trails.

Getting here

The nearest airport is Brasília. From there to Alto Paraíso it is about 230 km by road, close to three hours by car.

Having a car makes a difference: the attractions are spread across the region.

Tips from locals

Start early. The best trails are long and the cerrado sun is strong.

Bring water, sunscreen, snacks and cash. Mobile signal is weak in many spots.

Some attractions require a guide or limit daily visitors. Book ahead.

Waterfall safety. In the rainy season rivers can rise suddenly, known locally as cabeça d'água. If the water turns muddy, changes color or starts rising, leave the river at once. Always follow guides and signs.
